  • Wicked power!  Get ready to hang on, the potential for your X3 just skyrocketed with this brand new big turbocharger from AA!  Huge gains in performance depending on model and fuel type. We have seen up to 250rwhp (over 300 crank hp) with boost spikes up to 35psi and settling around 28-29psi.  Very quick spooling big turbo that has factory like drivability yet big power when you need it.  We have had over a year of development on this turbocharger including winning a 500 mile race, hard dune riding, trail miles, crawling, and everything in-between.  Pump gas tunes have more power due to less exhaust restriction, and the ability to turn up the boost on race fuel or E85 is unmatched.  Please carefully read the information below.
  • X3 Big Turbocharger Fits all 2017-2021 Can Am X3 120hp, 154hp, 172hp, and 195hp models
  • Includes:  X3 Big Turbocharger, AA 14psi wastegate and bracket(not pictured), turbo to head gasket, Silicone Intake Adapter
  • Intake adapter depends on what intake you already have, and/or year as the 2020 airboxes have the high flow neck(see kit options)
  • 1200cc Injectors are NEEDED for this and are an option (as some may already have our injectors)
  • 3 Bar map sensors are included in the kits for 120hp, 154hp, and 172hp models (195hp models already have 3 bar sensors)
  • All models should have a free flowing exhaust, AA clutch kit and an AA blow off valve
  • Running over 22psi a catch can is necessary
  • 120hp models must upgrade to an intercooler and 172hp fuel pump (not included or offered from AA)
  • 2017 154hp models must upgrade to the 172hp fuel pump (not offered from AA)
  • For anything over 23-24psi we would suggest clamping your OEM intake plenum, or purchasing an aftermarket one (clamping has worked well and honestly most consistent for us)
  • We highly suggest head studs on anything over 24-25psi on any X3 model
  • Dyno graph shown on a 2020 X3 RR very heavy 32" tires installed
  • Power/boost  for 120, 154, 172 models compared to the 195 are slightly different because the 195 RR has lower compression and is able to run more boost per octane
  • Boost levels are for quick reference at sea level to 2000ft only. Boost readings vary with temps, altitude, and various other factors
  • Crank horsepower numbers are estimates.  Keep in mind other dyno's in the industry are much more gracious than ours, our tunes with similar boost levels will be right with or better than the competition as we tune to the maximum power level per octane.
  • Level 2 for X3 120, 154, 172hp models:  91-93 Octane, 16-17psi boost, 175-180rwhp, 200-205 crank hp
  • Level 2 for X3 RR 195hp models:  91-93 Octane ,18-19psi boost, 180-185rwhp, 215-220 crank hp
  • Level 3 for X3 120, 154, 172hp models:  91-93 Octane, 19-20psi boost, 195-200rwhp, 230-240 crank hp
  • Level 3 for X3 RR 195hp models:  91-93 Octane, 21-22psi boost, 210-215rwhp, 240-250 crank hp
