Standard Shipping Times: Please allow 1–2 weeks for your items to be prepared for shipment. After that, expect 1–2 additional weeks for delivery.

International Shipping Times: Please allow 1–2 weeks for packing and 4–6 weeks from the ship date for your package to arrive.

Giveaway Shipping Times: During giveaways, please allow an extra 2–4 weeks on top of the normal shipping timelines for processing and fulfillment.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your tracking email, contact customer support and we’ll help you out.

Q: Why is my order taking longer than usual?

A: During giveaways, certain items may require restocking, which can delay your order. We appreciate your patience as we work through inventory and supply chain challenges to get your merch out as quickly as possible.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: Items in unused, like‑new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible to return.

We do not offer exchanges.

A: If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to customer support within 90 days of delivery. We cannot replace items damaged from normal wear and tear or issues reported after 90 days.

A: If your package was shipped via USPS or UPS, please contact them first with your tracking number. If they cannot locate your package, reach out to us. Missing items must be reported within 60 days of the shipment date to qualify for a replacement or refund.
