The AA RZR Pro-R slip-on exhaust is just what your machine needs! We set out to produce an exhaust that looks great, sounds great, has adjustable sound levels, and has a price tag that won't have your significant other screaming at you (we can't be the only ones?).
Center exit exhaust with a chambered muffler. This design uses your OEM tip/spark arrestor making it a very quiet exhaust with the 3" side dump closed with our optional 3" Stealth Quiet Cap. Open up that 3" side dump and let it scream when you want to!
This center exit design with 3" cutout allows for wild and mild sounds in seconds by bolting/unbolting the 3" Stealth Quiet Cap or the flip of a switch if you choose to upgrade to the electronic cutout.
Electronic cutout comes complete with the wire harness
Gains 6-7rwhp max/3-4rwhp peak with the cutout closed. Gains 8-9rwhp max/5-6rwhp peak with the cutout open. You'll notice the motor revs much faster and feels more responsive with the more free flowing exhaust. Gains add up to 10-11 crank hp max gain over factory (235hp if bolting on a stock Pro R).
This exhaust sounds amazing and is one of the quietest exhausts with the side dump closed. It has an absolute wicked formula car sound when fully open. This is one of the best sounding exhausts you'll find for the Pro-R.
Much better airflow which is needed to decrease heat (especially when tuned)
Eliminates the stock catalytic converter providing much less engine/exhaust heat (header glow is MUCH less)

Fits nicely into the factory mounting location and uses your OEM tip/spark arrestor making it look very stealthy
Uses top and bottom OEM rubber mounts. Beware of exhausts that have any solid frame mounts as they will crack the head pipe!
Exhaust exits out the center and the side of the vehicle. The side exit dump works well for max horsepower gains as it bypasses several exhaust chambers, and we found the side dump to disrupt flow the least amount as the exhaust does not have to turn to exit.
